About Telosia

We are practitioners, not theorists. We bring rigor, but we also bring care. And we only take on work we believe in.

Telosia was built out of frustration — and hope.

Between us, we have spent decades working across international development, engineering, finance, fundraising, and social impact. We have worked in government ministries and grassroots organizations, in boardrooms and in the field. We have seen what works — and we have sat in too many rooms watching resources, potential, and good intentions go to waste.

We have supported projects we didn't believe in. We have watched organizations with real promise struggle to articulate what they do and why it matters. We have seen donors fund the loudest voice in the room rather than the most effective one. We have witnessed capable, committed teams held back not by lack of will, but by lack of the right tools, frameworks, and support.

That is why we started Telosia.

We came together — a strategist, a fundraiser, and an engineer — because we believe the organizations doing the hardest, most important work in the world deserve better than generic consulting. They deserve partners who have been in the field, who understand the pressures they face, and who are genuinely invested in their success.

We work with organizations that have potential and purpose — but need that extra push. To raise the funds that match their ambition. To build the internal capacity that makes growth sustainable. To tell their story in a way that moves people to act.

We are practitioners, not theorists. We bring rigor, but we also bring care. And we only take on work we believe in.

That is what Telosia means to us — helping organizations reach their telos. Their fullest potential. The state in which everything they have been working toward is finally, fully realized.
