About Telosia

We provide planning, learning, and capacity-building consulting and advisory services to social enterprises —whether in civil society, the public sector, or the private sector (CSR).

Our Value Proposition

No matter your organization, common challenges include:

  • clearly identifying the problem

  • defining a pathway towards desired‍ impact

  • resource constraints

  • making the case for receiving funding

  • the need to ‍continuously improve to inform strategy

Capacity First
We work alongside you to build your internal capacity, ensuring that the skills and tools introduced remain with your team.

Theory of Change as a Strategic Anchor
We’ll co-develop solid, evidence-based Theories of Change that serve as the linchpin for planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and learning—enabling continuous iteration and improvement.

Why Theory of Change Matters

Generating social impact can be complex—from defining a problem, to identifying how to address it, to finding the funding to implement solutions.

A strong Theory of Change is built on a well-defined problem and a clear pathway to impact.

It allows you to design programs and projects, plan and cost them effectively, present them to funders or financiers, and monitor, report, and learn by tracking indicators linked to your Theory of Change.
